Padmé's Tatooine Poncho outfit, also known as P-17, is obviously unfinished.  I only have the underdress sewn together, and I still
need to hem it and finish the neckline and armholes.  But I think I got the color right!  I took the fabric from an old lampshade, if you
can believe it.  It was already pleated for me, so what could be more perfect?  And if I recall correctly, (it's been a while) I just used
Teal RIT dye.
