Brenda relaxing on her comfy chaise lounge (a Wal-Mart steal!) which is not only gorgeous, but also stores her extra clothes:
Now, I know redheads aren't supposed to wear pink, but she looks so good, doesn't she?

Here is Brenda with her hair down, being casually patriotic:
I can't get over how gorgeous Brenda is!  Here she is in
the first outfit I made for her:
I made her shoes, and the bracelets are silver wedding ring favors that I got at Wal-Mart.

1-24-06:  New outfits for Brenda, and - Meet Ella!
I am not affiliated in any way with the Tonner Doll Company,
American Girl, Hasbro, Only Hearts Club, or Mattel.
The black top and jean skirt are not new, but the silver top and plum skirt are.  So is the model for the silver top, Ella!  She is my new
Seventeen doll and Brenda's best friend, and she has her own page
here.  She and Brenda can wear most of the same clothes.

I had a sweater that was a bit too small in the sleeves.  They were just too short to be long sleeves, and just too long to be 3/4 sleeves.
So I shortened them, and used the scraps to make a couple doll outfits!  Brenda got a new top and Tiny Kitty got a dress and socks.
Actually, the socks fit Brenda, too!  And now Brenda and I match:
"You're wearing my socks."
"Just don't stretch them out, ok?"
They look cute on Tiny Kitty...                ...And on Brenda.
Same hair color and
everything!
More Brenda jewelry!

8-13-07:  I finally got shoes for Brenda!  Black, red, and pink will go with almost anything.  Now I just need white and yellow and
blue and brown and maroon and purple and silver and gold...
8-25-07:  I modified McCalls M4860 for this dress.
I bought the adorable lip balm at the Ben & Jerry's
factory that we visited on my family vacation this
summer!  It is the perfect size for Brenda:
10-28-07:  I had forgotten that I had pictures of Brenda's
original hairstyle, before I took it down and straightened it.
So these are old, but new.
I made this dress a while ago but kept
forgetting to get a picture up.  I made up my
own pattern for it, and it's fun to accessorize.
The purple belt can be shared with
Tiny Kitty,
and the necklace is made out of staples.
12-18-07:  Matt, Brenda, and
Ella celebrate the season with
presents and a cup of tea.
6-15-08:  New 30's-style dress and faux fur coat!
The necklace and earrings were made
by me, but the bracelets are actually
toe rings I got for Christmas!
I made up my own pattern for
both the dress and the coat.  Well,
I guess it's more of a wrap, since
there are no sleeves...
"Yep."
7-30-08:  I finally got around to taking some pictures of just Brenda in her Christmas outfit from the group pic above.  I also made
her a new black denim skirt and ribbed top.  I played with outdoor lighting a bit in the pictures:
I just realized I never posted
pictures of the first pair of jeans I
made for Brenda!  McCall's M4860
again, modified slightly:
